"Great location, 2 min walk to metro station line to explore Osaka. 10 min walk to restaurants and bars. Hotel rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, amazing sky spa. The hotel is lacking a bar, or snack food and restaurant was very expensive and lacked any vegetarian food exceot pizza. "

Our first reaction when we got into and our room was it was too small. there was no actual closet, no drawers to put our stuff in and no shelves. We got used to it and appreciated the lounge in the basement with laundry facilities, coffee, books and a sitting area. Great food, great service and location. We would stay there again."

"The hotel's elevators give a great view of Universal Studios, the spa is awesome, massage chairs outside the spa, and the breakfast buffet has everything from frenchtoast to fish rice bowls. Great stay!!"
