"We enjoyed the location of the home. It is a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to SMU, North Park Mall and many great restaurants. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen is darling. Great Amenities for this home away from home!"

"The property is beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. We stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Aside from the roosters from the farmers’ market at 5:15 AM, it was quiet over the weekend :). Monday and Tuesday experienced a little more noise from traffic, but it wasn’t too bothersome. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Claire!"

"This property is absolutely perfect if you have a large group. The home is spacious and clean. It has all the amenities you would need to have an enjoyable stay. Chris the property manager was great. He was very accessible and accommodating. The location is perfect. Although they only allowed for 4 parking spots, there is plenty of parking within the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"This place was very spacious and convenient, it was a 30 second walk to where all the bars and restaurants are. The place was clean and had everything we needed including parking for my rental. It’s about a 5-10 min drive from downtown Dallas."

"I often have to go into my office for meetings and this home was very close and convenient to downtown. The home was cute and comfortable. The owner was very quick in replying and very kind. I would recommend to research the various locations and neighborhoods in the Dallas area so you’re fully informed of the location."

"My parents, my 2 year old and I stayed in this little gem because it was a great location for many toddler friendly activities. It was 4 min from the zoo, 14 min from the aquarium and near several great parks and restaurants with areas for him for run around. The house felt very secure, cleans and updated! The backyard area was great to hang out and let out little man run around. I would stay here again! "

"The property does look like the photos, just now it is later and the property really is showing its age and hasn't been up kept. I don't think it is dirty per sea, but there are definite issues. First, asking me not to flush normal toilet paper in the toilet is crazy. If your pipes or sewer needs fixing, then fix it before renting your property. Second, you have a fully stocked bar?, you mean all the empty bottles? there were like 50 empty bottles of booze, wine, you name it, not a drop in...
