"I enjoyed my stay here! Communication was great with the host, trying to get in was a little difficult but the host directed me through. Place was exactly like the pictures and described, didn’t really like the parking it was on the hill and scraped up my car so I had to park on the street. Overall 8/10"

"This house was perfect for our small family group - it is a short walk from Lower Greenville with its shops, bars and restaurants and had everything we needed for our one week stay. We were attending a sporting event at SMU and the house was well located for getting there and into downtown Dallas. The rooms are all spacious and kitchen is well equipped. "

The hosts provided everything we could have needed for our stay, including bowls for the dogs and towels to clean their feet. The house is decorated so tastefully and the yard is spacious. "This rental is a great deal for the price. Plenty of space in a clean and secure home. Four bedrooms all with closet space, queen beds and TVs. Two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos and a half bath with a sink/toilet. Kitchen is full furnished, dinning room, and nice living room with a comfortable sofa someone could sleep on. Also very handy having a full washer and dryer available in house. Is located in an impoverished neighborhood but perfectly safe. There is space to park two cars...
