"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

"The apartment is dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The lack of towels and bedding was problem. Two bath towels and a throw blanket on the bed is not acceptable. The location is great and very walkable "

"It is walking distance from any bar on Knox/Henderson, making it very easy to see the town. It is right outside of Highland Park, the safest and most beautiful place in Dallas. The apartment was perfect for our short stay, and even though it was old feeling, it was still very nice and kept up to date. "

"Was lucky enough to catch one of the cheapest short-term rental/long-term stay in the city. It was within walking distance of all the downtown offices and most of the Uptown offices. The American Airlines Center and all its amenities were quite close as well! The building itself had some great security guards and gated garages ensuring that it was quite safe. "Clean and comfortable. Soft beds and great sleep. Appreciate finding a reasonably priced 3 bed with 3 bath. Kitchen provided everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunch, and a dinner. So convenient to have laundry machines available in unit. Building has great character. Parking is tight."
