"Great for a over night stay for new year"

"We were in town for Thanksgiving and stayed at this home for over 2 weeks. Nice home and location. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Layout with 2 living areas was perfect for our family. Host was very responsive. We hope to visit again!"

"The location is certainly excellent. Accessible to everything that we were hoping for. Restaurants, the United Center for the basketball game we came to attend. Property needs a bit of a facelift. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Whole foods right across the street was a bonus. Plenty of towels and linens. Remote controls for the TVs were all dead so we had to buy our own AAA batteries which was kind of. M annoying.k Propefacelift"

"We spent a cozy weekend here in January with friends and it was terrific. My husband is an amateur chef and was surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was. The house is very cute and comfortable inside and was a perfect small group setting. The only caveat is that the house is located in an "up-and-coming" neighborhood on a main street with lots of traffic. You won't want to go out walking in the evenings. Bring earbuds for those who sleep on the street side of the house. Neither of these...

"Lots of room for gatherings as well as places to have alone time. Very spacious and comfortable. "

"We came to visit our son at SMU who was not able to come home for the holiday. The trip included my sons parents ( me and my husband) and my sons grandfather along with 2 doggies. The trip was wonderful. Only challenge was trying to watch the parade and the various football games on Thanksgiving as all tv required a subscription. Nothing local was available. "

"My family and I stayed at The Cottage this Christmas while visiting my daughter in Dallas. Everything was just as I hoped and expected it to be. There was plenty of room for our family group of 6 to move around, sleep, and get comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bathrooms were roomy and well equipped. The backyard was very spacious and family focused. And… the deck and string lights were great!Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas gathering homey home!!!"
