"good value for a 3 bedroom on space coast. Dated, only minor renovations, one small full bath, neighborhood a bit dodgy, lot of dilapidated housing, and trump banners. "

"We loved our stay here! The location was sooo perfect for going out on Flagler. Everything was walking distance. We really loved the floor plan, having the bedrooms upstairs and living/kitchen downstairs was great. AND being able to park two cars was a nice perk. The place was very clean as well! The listing did say they had a hot tub, but they did not. This would have been a nice touch. But overall everything else made up for it! "

"This is our third year staying at this lovely condo. The place is very comfy, including the California king size beds. It’s a great place to see rocket launchers given that Titusville is the closest town to Kennedy Space Center. We look forward to coming back next year. "

"We were in town for a wedding at Rollins College and the location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the college and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. While the house had the quaintness of a cottage, there was more than enough space to spread out. Cleanliness is a major concern and clean it was! The furnishings were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This cute cottage was perfect for us! "

"We enjoyed our stay, the private beach access with lifeguard, golf kart, proximity to town and the hot tub were wonderful. The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. The property manager was fabulous to deal with and was quick to respond and resolve issues. We would definitely return. "

"The house was a comfortable spot to land each afternoon/evening, and easily felt like home for us. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure, the quiet neighborhood felt safe (mom & child), and the house had everything we needed. We never made it to a beach, but beach supplies were available and looked to be in great shape. I thoroughly enjoyed my early morning coffee on the enclosed porch each day. It was a peaceful, cozy spot to relax, listen to the birds, and enjoy the light...
