Room was run down and dirty. Looks like this place was built in the 1980’s. Sometime in the last 10 years all of the furniture and walls were refreshed by slapping a paint of coat over them.

Worst ever experience, I missed to read the reviews before booking and faced the consequences. I see few other reviewers also complaining about door RFID card not working, this is what exactly happened to me in the night travelling with kids. Lady at the lobby was in rush and did not tell me directions clearly, with some struggle I found the room. Carried all my luggage upstairs and to my surprise RFID did not work. Corridor walls had full of webs and looked like it was not cleaned for months. I called front desk and they sent a person, he managed to open the door using physical keys after some struggle and ended up stucking the key in the door itself. We entered the room to use washroom and could clearly see layer of dust on bath tub. Looked like this room(247) was not used for weeks or months or not at all cleaned. At this moment I lost my patience and could not control my outburst. After sometime they sent another person who tried to control the situation and offered me a better room(206) and helped me moving the luggage to that room. New room was ok but could clearly see layer of dust on the floor. These people tried to give a dirty vintage room and when a made a scene they offered a better room. I didn't expect much but only smooth check-in and a clean room. Huge problem with cleanliness and check in process at this property. I have stayed in five different hotels during my vacation including another quality-in but this was my worst experience.

It was fine for the price beds comfortable and clean. TV broken but they came right up to fix it. Just a bit hard to find without an outdoor sign on the building. Breakfast was ok too.

the room spelt like mildew and the floor was disgusting, the sink didn’t drain and the hair dryer was unplugged and when i plugged it back in sparks flew everywhere. there was a power outage for several hours. the room smelt terrible the whole time i was there and everything had dust or dirt on it.

Upon arriving the girl at the front desk checked us in and we had booked two rooms. One room that she haves still had people in it. When we went down stairs to tell her she gave us another room where we couldn’t even get in because the key card wasn’t registered properly . My best friend arrive a few hours later to check in to her room and she had roommates with her. (ROACHES) Not just one but the whole room was infested! Once again we go down to front desk and all the lady could say was “I’m sorry”. Didn’t even offer to switch to another room till i told her they needed another room. That gets handled and next morning we go down and there was a physical fight between other people staying on property. Food on floor, tables and chairs flipped. Mind you we had kids with us. I e onto eat cereal and ROACH comes out the milk! DISGUSTING PLACE! Do NOT spend your money here! When i asked to speak to manager i was told he would t be there till after we checked out! How convenient!

The first room we were given smelled like mold. Some rooms were under construction. Hurricane? The clerk was very accommodating to relocate us to nice room. Then we needed an extra day because we booked the number of days incorrectly. They were kind & understanding. No problem. I would definitely stay again.
