Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). I did think that i had already paid for parking in the option chosen when booking but the lady at reception said that it was incorrect on Hotels.com.
