"The staff was lovely. What I may have missed in the reviews is two primary issues. 1. The hotel is used to house refugees, no issues with that other than they are on different floors but were extremely loud above my room. 2. The internet had massive bandwidth in mid afternoon but at night couldn't even support a Zoom video. Too much demand, impossible to do anything but email. "
