For 3 stars it was a nice boutique hotel. My only comment was the room, it was spacious and clean however you can hear water running through the plumbing system anytime any room is using the bathroom. This didn’t matter during the day, but at night it can get annoying.

Convenient location, quiet and polite staff. We only stayed 1 night so cannot comment too much on the hotel. Bed was very comfy but the water pressure was not amazing although always hot Would stay again

We did a self-planned Christmas Markets tour in 2024. Because we were travelling by train, our first criteria in finding a hotel was to be close to the train station so we would not need to drag our luggage a great distance. This location was perfect. Th hotel was great, staff was extremely attentive, breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

Overall, good location, nice hotel, rooms are a good size. The all day pantry is a great idea, so tea, coffee and snacks all the time. Its often busy at reception with one person manning the whole area. I had some difficulties before we arrived with regard to some confusion over the booking and the staff were not very helpful in their response. However, it seemed that in the end the issue was resolved by the time we arrived (but without any clear communication to confirm this). I would go back, overall a great stay, just some niggling things really...

We had a good stay and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, even though they were very busy (over worked, in my opinion). The lift door was an issue for some, which resulted in it becoming stuck on those floors and then the poor staff had to run up the stairs to get it going again. The only issue we had was the lack of bathroom linens. It is in a great location if you are planning to get on an early train out of town.

I thought that since Hotel Arok is on the Place de la Gare, across from the railway station, it might be noisy. But it wasn’t noisy at all, our room was very quiet. The staff was helpful and the location is excellent. Highly recommended.

The best for the price we paid!
We were in Europe for about a month and we stayed in 8 different hotels in different cities and I could say Arok is the best for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean and has the best location. You can walk to all the tourist attractions and the beautiful central station is right in front if you need train or tram to travel.

Great base near the station.
This isn't a run of the mill hotel. It has character and style, and everything is done well. Breakfast was excellent and the lobby had some welcome features, such as free coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.
