"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "The hotel was central to everything a Christmas market visitor wants to see. I walked to all the markets and perhaps the longest walk to a market was 12-15 minutes. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The personnel were both friendly and helpful. No regrets at all, I had a lovely visit. "

"We were upgraded to a larger room but were disappointed that it did not have a shower only a hand held one over the bath. The room was however comfortable and had a great view and we appreciated the gift of biscuits but would have liked milk with the room coffee. "We stayed at the Hotel Tandem during Christmas season. Loved the hotel and staff. Location is across from main train station - very convenient if arriving by train. No on-site parking and parking options are limited; especially on holiday weekends. We would stay at Hotel Tandem again if in Strasbourg in the future."
