An absolutely lovely accommodation, the concierges were very pleasant and helpful and directed us to several amazing restaurants and shopping. The dining room had excellent food and drinks and the service was exemplary.

My family and I stayed here for one night and I wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is located in the city center near restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the hotel bar. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as very clean. I will definitely visit again and choose this hotel!

Amazing Staff, Great Hotel!
Loved this hotel! We knew nothing about Strasbourg, and this hotel is right in the heart of downtown which was great for the plans we had to walk around and explore. The onsite bar and restaurant had tasty food and snacks - but would recommend for dinner you go out and get some real Alsatian classics! We asked the concierge - who was kind and amazing overall - for a dinner recommendation and had the best dinner of our European vacation. The room was clean and cozy, with a great bathroom and shower. Highly recommend!
