"Waited to long at reception to book in had to go looking for a staff member . Toilet system took too long to fill up and TV kept loosing signal and no biscuits in the room "

"I had a very joyful moments as it was my first time in Scarborough. Hotel Location and scenery over the hill was amazing. There was a very good walkway towards beach and to the town centre that help us to have a lovely walk around the city centre and coast line. "

The staff were really friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Hardly noticed the current building works and would reccommend to anyone. "
