It was -1 outside but the whole hotel was lovely and warm, very relaxing. The staff were all nice and very helpful, the food and the dining room were great. The only thing that let it down was the parking outside, not enough spaces."

"Just here for one night. The room is fine, if a little cramped. Very clean, with a hospitality tray and shampoo, soap, and shower gel in the bathroom. Have stayed here for many years but will be interested to see if/how it changes with new owners."

"Our first room was ideal for me and my mum , but the tv didn’t work , so there was no hesitation from the staff and they moved us straight away and wow we got upgraded to a suite which was amazing , my 85 year old was crying when she saw it and the view was overlooking the sea .. plus we had 2 tvs:) Thanks to the staff for making our stay extra special "
