"We stayed at The Central because of its convenient location for the Stephen Joseph Theatre. We were lucky to find parking directly in front of the hotel and purchased a discounted parking permit from the hotel. There are plenty of parking garages nearby as well. "It was a convenient location. It was good to be able to leave the car outside the guest house, and for it to included in the price. My husband and I enjoyed the views from the bedroom window overlooking the bay. However the bedroom was smaller than we expected. The staff and customers were friendly. We expected our 'own' bathroom to be in our bedroom, as opposed to being on the landing next to our bedroom. "

"Decent enough place to stay. Showing it's age in places but overall clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Easy to check in, and I set off early the following morning - leaving the keys in the box in the hallway. Very convenient for the town centre and seafront if you don't mind a few minutes walk. Variety of restaurants nearby, even before you reach the town centre."
