"This property is a gem. Pictures do not do the place justice. The location is great and felt safe, very walkable to many good restaurants and supermarkets. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Joshua the host was very responsive and helped us book a tour and allowed for an earlier check in! Would happily stay here again if we are back in town. For those travelling with younger kids, the apartment does get a lot of light, and they woke up at 6 every day."

"This property exceeded my expectations! The condo itself is cozy, well maintained, and very clean. "We spent a month in Costa Rica and ended our trip with one week in Manuel Antonio. The property was clean and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping. Our host Yosue was very welcoming and helpful in booking our activities, taxis and dinner reservations. "We loved the villa we stayed in. The property manager was very quick to reply and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We saw lots of lizards, monkeys and even a sloth. We would definitely stay again in the future. Everyone was very friendly. "This two bedroom unit is basically brand new. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked like a champ in both bedrooms and living area.This is minutes to the beach and very close to all the restaurants. The outside shower is a great touch for getting off the beach before going in. Great Value and I will stay there again."

"We had an amazing time at this property! There were howler monkeys playing in the trees while we swam at the pool and toucans flew overhead while iguanas slithered by us on the path. It is a bit difficult to find but they were prompt at communicating with us. The pool could stand to be resurfaced but it is clean and works just fine. The space in the condo was great for our family of 5 and we loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer."

"Our 3 night stay at Elan was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. Its location was perfectly situated for tranquility, privacy and peacefulness. "The place is isolated, and very dark,felt scared at night. It is not mentioned that it is only a few meters away from a main highway and trucks are constant 24/7 drowning out any of the peaceful sounds we were hoping for and making it difficult to sleep. The apartment was probably lovely once but it is tired and not maintained very well. I note that the building is for sale and that would account for this. We are in our 70s so unsuitable for us."

"Great place and had fun"

"A nice house that has fallen into disrepair. No response to maintenance requests, couldn’t take a proper shower in the luxurious bathroom because the shower head blew apart from air & water pressure. Then had no water at all the following day due to a problem in a downstairs unit. This is hardly a resort as they call it. And access to the beach is incorrect and not honored by the management of that property."

Great place to stay if visiting Manuel Antonio Par

"Had a fabulous time at the hotel. Staff were amazing- felt well looked after and a genuine warmth and good hospitality from the team. We stayed for two nights and made the most of the facilities. Loved the adult only pool and seeing so many animals and birds in the grounds (saw sloths, monkeys and more!) Really appreciated the shuttle bus to Manuel Antonio park too- that was really handy"

"What an amazing place!!!! My husband and i absolutely loved everything about this property from the friendliness of the staff, amazing drinks and bartenders, the gorgeous pool and views, the lush flora and fauna, its within walking distance to so many restaurants, and the abundance of wildlife. We saw so many monkeys on site which was wonderful given the park was closed because of the bad weather. We stayed in the sunrise ocean view room and loved waking up to that amazing view. My only complaint is we didn’t stay long enough. We will definitely stay here again when we return to CR. "
