"This property is a gem. Pictures do not do the place justice. The location is great and felt safe, very walkable to many good restaurants and supermarkets. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Joshua the host was very responsive and helped us book a tour and allowed for an earlier check in! Would happily stay here again if we are back in town. For those travelling with younger kids, the apartment does get a lot of light, and they woke up at 6 every day."

"We had such an amazing experience. We had a car but wasn’t absolutely necessary (just added flexibility). The unit was located within walking distance of so many restaurants. Easily could have walked to the park, but we were picked up by tours. Concierge was amazing. Proved to be a sounding board and helped with last minute ideas. Such a great overall experience!"

Our host Yosue was very welcoming and helpful in booking our activities, taxis and dinner reservations. "We loved the villa we stayed in. The property manager was very quick to reply and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We saw lots of lizards, monkeys and even a sloth. We would definitely stay again in the future. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue was getting through the gate our first night because we didn’t know Spanish, but we arrived much later than we expected. The security guards were very friendly during our stay as well. "A nice house that has fallen into disrepair. No response to maintenance requests, couldn’t take a proper shower in the luxurious bathroom because the shower head blew apart from air & water pressure. Then had no water at all the following day due to a problem in a downstairs unit. This is hardly a resort as they call it. And access to the beach is incorrect and not honored by the management of that property."

"The place is isolated, and very dark,felt scared at night. It is not mentioned that it is only a few meters away from a main highway and trucks are constant 24/7 drowning out any of the peaceful sounds we were hoping for and making it difficult to sleep. The apartment was probably lovely once but it is tired and not maintained very well. I note that the building is for sale and that would account for this. We are in our 70s so unsuitable for us."
