"My flight landed in Belo Horizonte at around midnight, so it was 1:30am by the time I arrived at the hotel. There was no one there. The lights were out. The sliding doors didn’t open. I had to find another hotel to stay the night. The next morning I returned to My Place Savassi hotel and complained that there was no one there the previous night.
