I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

Great staff and very helpful. Parking was a challenge as you can’t self park. They are slow to retrieve car when you need it. Bed was uncomfortable, only only tiny one pillow person and limited towels. Great location as it’s easy to get around.

O hotel tem instalações antigas, mas em bom estado de conservação. Fica em excelente localização em BH e conta com funcionários solícitos e atenciosos. O café da manhã também é de ótima qualidade. Só deixou a desejar quanto à limpeza do quarto, que não foi realizada devidamente pela funcionária responsável.

A localização do hotel é muito boa. As áreas comuns são muito mais bonitas do que os quartos. O quarto era muito antigo, tivemos um vazamento no banheiro, nossa janela era de frente para uma parede e o ar condicionado muito barulhento. Porém o quarto era grande e as camas confortáveis. O café da manhã era bem variado. O atendimento poderia ser melhor. Custo benefício ok.

Excepcional. Recepção com atendimento excelente, funcionários muito educados. Explicaram todos detalhes da estadia. O quarto era muito aconchegante, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso.
