"I have been in the Boulevard Express and Boulevard Plaza Hotel since 2017. I usually stay at my family’s house or at hotel when I travel to B H and really liked because of the breakfast but now the Express Hotel doesn’t have breakfast. I need to go and get in another place or go to another Hotel that belongs to the same owner. The breakfast is very delicious but have to pay additional fee. What i could not understand is why I saw 2 ladies walking around the room cleaning before the customers...

"My flight landed in Belo Horizonte at around midnight, so it was 1:30am by the time I arrived at the hotel. There was no one there. The lights were out. The sliding doors didn’t open. I had to find another hotel to stay the night. The next morning I returned to My Place Savassi hotel and complained that there was no one there the previous night. They said that I should have rung the doorbell. I could barely find the tiny, unmarked button. The whole point of a hotel is to be open. Or at least...
