Location, near shopping, bars and restaurants, nice staff and great breakfast, Mr. Moises, Mr. Gomes and all employees were very friendly, frigobar at our room were full of free bottles of sodas, waters, juices… overall a great stay!

Best receptionists!
I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the people at the front desk for helping me in my urgent need. Muito obrigada! Thank you to Mr Gomes from the restaurant for his kindness and affable conversation! Breakfast was awesome!

This is a very Nice hotel, price is right, the staff and service are great, breakfast very nice, It is simple it is in a busy road but restaurantes nearby. It is clean but noise. I recomend.

UM DOS MELHORES DE BH
Um dos melhores que ja fiquei em BH, quartos limpos, camas muito boas, meu check in seria 14, pude entrar as 08:00, e o check out seria as 12:00 e pude sair as 18:00, isso ajuda quem tem voos em horarios diferentes do hotel. O frigobar tinha cortesias (agua, refrigerante, suco), isso pode ser pouco para o hotel, mas ja prende o cliente em uma proxima estadia.

Minha experiência foi boa, porém o hotel consta com serviço de manobrista obrigatório de 40 reais a diária. A internet não era tão rápida acho que pra quem precisa de uma internet pra trabalho seja mais complicado.

A grande diferença QUE NOTEI FOI O ATENDIMENTO do pessoal a começar do Isaac na recepção logo na nossa entrada. O serviço de atendimento no café da manhã nos apresentou um mineiro mais solicito, atencioso, prestativo e devo salientar do senhor que nos aprontava e seria o café; maravilhoso. Creio que a mudança da mentalidade deve vir da troca do comando.
