"We had a great stay. Our booking was very last minute due to unseen circumstances with another hotel. M World staff allowed us to check in a few hours early. It was very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The whole team was very friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and stress free."

"The hotel is very close to the Sunway Lagoon waterpark which is the main reason we selected this hotel. It is also very right next to the Sunway Pyramid mall so very close to shopping and dining. There was some confusion with room booking and I had to upgrade ours to the family room to ensure we get 2 double bed. I suggest to ensure webpage does not allow the wrong selection since it is not a good feeling to have to pay more once you get there. The family room is quite nice. They provided robes and slippers for kids as well and they also have bath soap for kids. My one complain is they do not refresh the water bottles they provided which doesn’t make sense to me. I get that I might not get more bottles per day but since I am staying multiple nights, they should refresh daily. "

"We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. It was also very clean and anything we needed to be comfortable was provided including a washing machine, stove and oven, plates, bowls and cutlery, body wash, shampoo and towels. The apartment complex also has a stunning infinity pool, a gym, a games room with a pool table, steam room and sauna, and BBQ/rooftop garden. The kids especially loved exploring each of these spaces. Location was great and easy to catch public transport to the MRT station. From there, getting to the city was very quick. Petaling Jaya itself also has a lot of excellent food options and shopping nearby. Communication was prompt and instructions were easy to follow for checking-in and accessing the apartment. Only downside was there was some very loud clanging each morning coming from outside the apartment (unsure of origin) but didn't last too long although was very, very loud. Nothing to do with the apartment itself but seemed to happen everyday around the same time, just so the next person who stays is aware. Overall 10/10 would recommend staying here, thank you having us! "

"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "
