Food heavens surrounding this hotel. The shopping mall also have a huge selection of cuisine. Room is cozy and spacious. Bed is comfortable. It even has a coin operated laundrette. Nice cozy property. Amenities in the room was good. Layout was nice. Unfortunately the Air Conditioning was totally unacceptable... When set to 20 Deg Celsius and on Hi Setting, All it could achieve was 23.5 Deg Celsius which is nowhere near cold nor cool. When sleeping under the duvet / sheets, it was very uncomfortable.

My Favorite Stay in Damansara
Have chosen to stay at Somerset Uptown for many years now. Love the locality and spaciousness of the apartments. However time for the management to look into the pillows. They are flattened significantly over the years and lost their cushion comfort. Also to look at the laundry system as the pillows do not feel or smell fresh

Everything was great especially the location was directly linked to mall. However, sadly one small mistake defined my experience - smelly towels. And through 7 days even after I asked for change. Sad.
