"Route to hotel from Meitetsu Nagoya Station was about 10-15min. It's really quite an easy route, flat and relatively easy to pull your luggage along. It's self service check-in/out but staff is there to help you too. What's really amazing is the hotel room has all instructions in English, including the aircon operations. Standard amenities are included in the room like kettle, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, green tea. You can get free coffee in the cafe from 10am onwards. Plus, the cafe has a microwave so you can also buy food back to the hotel to heat it up and eat! There's also razor, comb, sleepwear, and extra pillows that you can get in the lobby. Room security is good as your room card key is needed for the lift, in fact the card key is 'tied to' the floor you stayed in. There's also luggage lockers in the lobby. Room included breakfast which was good. There's croissants, bread, pancakes, cereal, salad, smoothies, coffee, tea, rice, soup, scrambled eggs, tofu, sausages, noodles (not everyday), gyoza etc. One other thing i like is that the hotel actually clean your room (clear rubbish and change towels) every day, which is quite a rarity these days as most hotels will only do so if you specifically request or upfront indicate they will only clean your room if you stay more than 3 nites. Definitely a hotel that i will chose again and also recommend to others."

"The rooms were beautiful and the nights were quiet. Beds comfy and all you would need for a great stay. Just across the street from the Shinkansen and other rail lines. A convenience store right rhere at the street level. "

"Very delighted to be served by the chinese speaking Miss Li. Thanks for your assistance in our check-in. The location is actually convenient for as is in the heart of the main shopping belt of Nagoya. Is between 2 subways station that is going to different part of Nagoya, making it an ideal place for tourist. If there is one thing I am disappointed is that it only give us one time complimentary wine for our few days stay. That perhaps can be revised to one complimentary wine for every night stay. "

"Stayed at this neat wonderful stylish hotel on my recent stay in Nagoya. For the price it was a very good deal and in a really urban part of Naka Ward and few minute drive to Nagoya Station. Also, literally next to a Mega Don Q and surrounded by restaurants and konbini (convenience stores). Staff was also friendly and courteous and made me feel comfortable. Did lots of walking to the shopping district, Nagoya Castle and to parks / museums which were all in the vicinity of the hotel. I really recommend this hotel to travelers on a budget (or not cause they have bigger & more expensive rooms) and want to be in the middle of all the action. When I return to Nagoya I will definitely stay at this hotel again!"
