Property was ok. The room was nice, great shower head. The property did not have onsite parking available like they listed on Expedia (it’s been broken for some time). The front desk staff was helpful and did speak English which was a great help. Offsite parking was in a pachinko parlor, and was fairly expensive expensive. We ended up parking across the street. Nice laundry facility that isn’t advertised.

栄駅と新栄町駅の間にあるため、立地は最高。朝ご飯も美味しく大満足。自家製プリン美味しかった。ただ、設備は年季が入っており、キレイとは言えない状態。シャワーの水圧は頼りなく、バストイレは嫌な臭いが漂っている。もう一度利用するかと言われたら残念ながらNoと言わざるをえない。

掃除が雑で、空気清浄機をずらすとホコリが酷い。 全般に不衛生 スタッフの対応は、申し分ないので、もったいないと感じた

清潔感がありました。私は他のホテルに泊まった時、壁の色が白いとなぜかめまいを起こしてしまうんですが、ここのお部屋は壁の色が落ち着いていて狭い感覚になりませんでした。よく眠れました。ありがとうございました。

泊まった部屋が大通り沿いだったのもあるが、夜サイレンや車の音が結構聞こえて来た。気になる人は嫌なのかもしれない。あと部屋の近くが掃除道具などを入れるスペース？か何かで、スタッフの方がそこへの出入りや物を出し入れすることが多く、都度ドアの音が聞こえてくるのが気になってしまった。音に関しては残念だったが、設備やサービスはよかったと思う。
