"We absolutely enjoyed or stay at this home. The property was well-maintained and was very comfortable for our large group. The wrap-around balcony and breathtaking views were truly spectacular and made this property truly special. Really appreciate the host's communication and making sure we would have enough gas for the grill, clear directions and instructions, etc. Would love to come back in the future!"

"This property has a very large picturesque backyard with a heated pool, garden, and a pond. There is a BBQ grill that we were able to use. The kitchen is spacious. The amenities are great and elevated our stay! There is one small thing that could be improved: the indoor carpet has lots of stains and looks a little dirty. However, this did not bother us much. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for groups."

"Great spacious rental in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Convienent location for us with close access to freeways. Stylish decor/furnishings, etc with large, luxurious bathroom. Communication with hosts was also pleasant, thorough and quick."

"We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. "

"The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time."
