"The host was very communicative starting a couple days ahead of our stay. They sent pictures of the front door and the parking spot so we were able to find it easily. The property is exactly as stated, and was perfect for the two of us! We did have an issue the first night with not having hot water (not the owner's responsibility). He responded to my call, contacted the HOA, and they got it fixed that night. I know things can happen out of the owner's control, and I appreciate them acting so...
