"I flew in with my son for his birthday and took him to the 49er and Seahawks game. Upon arrival at the airport, 854pm, I called the hotel like I was informed to do as soon as I land, and the lady told me I need to get to the pick up and drop off location before 9 or I would have to wait til 10 for the next shuttle. We rush through the airport, which I have never been to, and find the loading area. Just to wait 10 minutes before a LYFT driver shows up! So we were rushed for no reason because as far as I know, lyft works anytime and not just on the hour. One thing they failed to advertise or state in their property details on expedia, is that there is a $200 deposit! I travel A LOT and I have stayed in nice hotels. I have never paid $200 for a deposit! 😳 The lobby looked nice upon entering. I can definitely tell there has been some renovations happening. One of the automatic doors were all torn apart. The outside of the rooms were complete garbage, in my opinion. Stuck my hand in spiderwebs trying to pull my curtain open 😬 but for the most part, we were comfortable. The bed was comfy, the water got hot! Im sorry for anyone that was staying below us because that shower / bathtub was so squeaky 😅 being so close to the airport was a convenience. We also did not have to deal with all the noise from the planes. It was quiet so thats another plus! Bottom line. If there was more deep cleaning and no $200 deposit for this place, I'd stay again (:"
