"This hotel was a lighthouse of hope for us after a bad start in Vienna when our Air BnB turned out to be dreadful. We booked the Leonardo for the rest of our stay and it was just wonderful. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and extremely comfortable. It was very close to the main train station and metro/trams into the city. My only regret is that we didn’t book the Leonardo for our whole trip to Vienna! "

"If you have a layover in Vienna this is an amazingly convenient location connected via underground tunnels to the airport. While outside of the city it was still possible to taxi in and sample a taste of Vienna."

"Wonderful hotel. The decor is super fun. The lobby is combined with the hotel restaurant Seven Botanicals. What a lovely place to grab a bite to eat or have a coffee/cocktail. Speaking of cocktails I had the best gin and tonic here. I loved it so much that I purchased the restaurant/hotel's own gin brand. I mostly interacted with the restaurant staff and they were extremely friendly and helpful always. 10/10!"

"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Close to the train station which is good especially if you are getting to and from the airport. About 40 min walk to main bit of Vienna. Friendly staff. Room was basic but clean and breakfast times were good especially if you have trips booked."
