"We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza Hotel stored extra luggage for the week we were in Niseko. We had several heavy pieces of luggage and cutting those down to the essential ski equipment was nice. Overall the staff was extremely helpfull helping with our luggage and making sure our trip went smoothly. The room was clean and well outfitted with coffee, fridge, etc. that met our needs. Across the street is a 7-Eleven that you can get essentials at, and there is a late night bar just a couple blocks up the street, with very good food if you get in late and the resturant is closed. We ate at the Breakfast buffet Saturday and the food was excellent. Overall the Kieo Plaza Hotel was a perfect fit and I highly reccomend staying there."

"The hotel staff was accommodating and let us store our luggage in between of two legs of stays since we traveled to a different city for one night. The room was spacious for one person. The furnishing was a bit dated but the room was clean. Need to keep the AC on to keep warm. Close to the Odori station with convenience stores and great food nearby."
