"Hotel location is good, close to public transport and restaurants. Room is typical Japanese standard, on the small side. Room was centrally heated/controlled, so can't adjust. It is extremely warm for such a small room, had to open window slightly to cool. Do not recommend buffet breakfast at 1800 yen. Overall, it was good."

"The hotel is well located in Susakino, close to subway station. Room was spacious enough and very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and exceptionally so at the breakfast venue. It’s a short trek to the Odori Park area, where a lot of good food is, and is very close to a subway station for getting around anywhere else in the city.
