"A nice stay in this property for our first time in Sapporo. Odori Park is right across the road and it was magical in the winter snow. The room was of a good size, though the property seem a bit on the old side. Staff were less friendly compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in during this long winter holiday trip. Not rude but more… clinical. Easy access to subway and buses, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Overall not too bad of a stay."

"It's about 10~15min walk to the Susukino streets. But the hotel itself was very clean and quite. Public path in the hotel was also very good. Employees are very kind."

"Absolutely amazing stay in premier deluxe king bed room on 14th floor. Both buffet and sit down Japanese set breakfast were delicious! Also enjoyed the 1934 BAR 2.5 hour drink and small plate with jazz music. Warm and helpful hospitality. The location is so convenient too! Between Sapporo Station and Odori Park. "

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "
