"Kind people operating it. The property has a great view to the Pico Mountain, there are multiple houses lined up on a small street. It's a very peaceful vibe. It's within walking distance (an a beautiful walk - nice village with flowers, and fruits) to a cafe/bakery, a couple of restaurants, and a nice natural pool for swimming."

"This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to the ferry port. It’s about a 15 minute walk downtown, which is great to enjoy the awesome restaurants Horta has to offer. Unfortunately, the loft does get hot as the AC does not travel well up into the sleeping quarters. Clean and comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Faial. The apartment is spacious, stocked and in a nice location. We had some people with mobility issues and the stairs were hard for them. Be aware there is no handrail. Enjoy the views, they are incredible."

"Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die uns zu Beginn mit einer Menge Früchte aus ihrem Garten versorgt hat. Wir konnten auf unsere Bitte hin auch später auschecken. Gute Betten, gute Ausstattung, einziges Manko manche Türen, die anscheinend verzogen sind und daher nur ziemlich laut zu öffnen und zu schließen sind.
