"This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. "The hotel looks impressive on the outside with its’ manicured garden, 3 pools and beach front location. Unfortunately the inside of the room is decrepit especially the wc. There is no ventilation resulting in mould stains on the wood vanity counter and the door surfaces. "Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool. Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu. This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back.
