"A priority beyond excellent. The day were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Food was fabulous, recommend the club lounge. We had a lovely room which was cleaned to the height of perfection. Seriously cannot recommend this hotel enough. The gardens are absolutely fabulous. A minor thing, there was no lifeguard on duty, but it was the end of the low season.. overall - fabulous!!"

"Wow what a beautiful experience, from the moment we arrived to the second we left. The kindness and service from the staff was world class. A smile around every corner, quality food in restaurant and poolside. We had a pool access room, the only negative was we never got sun. Sanur is a beautiful destination, it has all Bali has to offer but at a slower pace. The 101 is situated perfectly in Sanur, it also offers a beach shuttle. Its also a great gateway to the other islands, with the harbour a short $3 taxi ride. Oggie you are a standout employee, you made our memories so wonderful!"

"Staff are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are very good. The shower pressure is great but towels need to be replaced as they are already getting old and show how much they have been used. Breakfast buffet and options available very good especially the Healthy Bowl. "

"This is an amazing hotel! From the staff, to the ever changing delicious breakfast buffet every morning, to the large spacious modern room. Everything was perfect! Area is very walkable, close to shops, restaurants and just minutes from the beach. Would highly recommend!"
