"Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - was back in Sanur briefly the following week and in passing was greeted by staff like i was still a guest! "

"The staff were very lovely and friendly. Cooked breakfast before heading out was good. Location was quiet with a gelato place very close down the street. Grand Lucky supermarket nearby for your everyday groceries and drinks. Mini fridges may make a good addition to the rooms though the communal fridge worked okay for us as no others used it whilst we were there for 5 nights"

"villas great layout but nobody speaks English don't know what an American breakfast is Owner not seen and cant be contacted manager same dirtiness is the norm and obtain kitchen utensils nil same goes for linen and towels staff all willing to help with yes and smiles but have little understanding. quite unsafe unfortunately to use pool and walking to street"

"It was wonderful. An oasis of peace and calm. Beach and restaurants close by, but you can cook in the villa if you prefer. I wish we had booked for longer "
