"The hotel is in an excellent location. Very safe and close to dining and shopping as well as metro stations. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen which was great for breakfast items. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast roof top restaurant, cleaners etc were all great. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but a bit run down. "Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home"

"Just as almost everybody else has said, the neighborhood isn’t nice. There is a bohemian neighborhood a short seven minute walk. A certain name change to Le Meridien, they still have a lot to do to bring this hotel up to Marriott standards. "
