"Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home"

"The location of the hotel is in the business area, but it was great for us to be able to walk to malls and shopping areas near by as well as lots of dining options. The staff were incredible, especially the Manager, Nic. He was able to get us an early check-in and a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon. "I will stay at this hotel again if i go back to Santiago. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especial Alejandro from front office. He made extra effort to help us resolved the issue with VAT at their restaurant. Matias and Felipe were so helpful giving suggestions and recommendations about places to eat and how to go around Santiago. The hotel staff really made us felt like home while we stayed there. Thank you all for all your services!"
