The room was beautiful and romantic, the roof deck was great for a late drink, the breakfast was excellent as is the dining area. Even the food at 3 am was top quality. I loved the whole experience and will stay at the W again soon"

Breakfast is poor, and all meals offer no chance to choose. room was Ok, but don't ask for anything more, Location is pretty nice but the hotel has no access to the river, which is a few feet from the rooms so you have to go to a nearby resort to practice any water sport or just stroll by the river. when we asked for a trekking activitie or a massage the people never made any reservation and never showed up. The check in staff was accommodating and friendly and the porter staff was attentive and helpful. Good location for close (7 minute walk) to some great bars and restaurants as well as pop-up shops."
