"We arrived early and I do understand checkin was an 3pm. I appreciate this is a rule however it was well after 3 pm when we were able and to check in. Other couple we were travelling with were check in an hour before us. The hotel itself was lovely as most Marriotts are. Just a small numb of front end staff could have been more attentive. "
