"We could not be any happier, this was the best location, close to the beach, great pool area to relax in a shady spot for peace and quiet. The rooms and room service are 5***** clean and fresh, smells amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and so friendly. We felt like we were family. Look out for the two resident iguanas. "

"Fabulous location and beautiful grounds! Walking distance to excellent restaurants, grocery and right on prime area of the beach. Food is fantastic and all staff were all wonderful and helpful. Beware of the "standard garden rooms". They are right on road--no protection from street noise:( Bathrooms are dated, but rooms in general are comfortable. Good place to stay."

"Stayed for 2 nights on the ground floor. As a solo traveller, felt very safe. Close to everything in Santa Teresa and a large supermarket across the road. Not well soundproofed and could hear lots of noise upstairs - footsteps, toilet flushing etc. Could also hear traffic noise. Air con was amazing! "

"This place is great as long as you really read the reviews and set expectations. Very clean room, great pillows, comfy bed and good showers! This totally worked for us because we had a car and could easily go eat and get around town. If you’re there in the dry season the roads out front are dirt and dust kicks up everywhere so walking isn’t ideal. Plus it’s a hike to town - solid 20 min walk.
