"Be aware that this property is on a street where you would need to drag your bags along bumpy terrain. Ubers do not have access to their front entrance. The hotel was clean, offers water and coffee complimentary. However if your room is situated on the J or K side it is super noisy at night. Like an evening gathering with music and loud chatting ending usually after midnight. Close to many restaurants and sights and very walkable. Staff were efficient, but would not say friendly. "

"Shared bathrooms were cleaned daily and kept well stocked, showers were hot and the showerhead was strong. Sound proofing could have been better, lots of hallway noise and some sound through the walls from neighbouring rooms. Beds were comfortable enough but the room was small and had a strong smell that had to be aired out by opening the window daily. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were good. Location was perfect, quick easy access to transit and main sights of Lisbon."
