Great staff, amazing breakfast. The room was big enough for the kids to watch tv and us to work on the other side. The terraza was great even though we could not use the jacuzzi because of the weather.

Excellent location outside the center of Florence with many restaurant options that locals frequent. The staff are super helpful and polite. Special mention to Eduinay and Cristina, fantastic. The hotel has 2 stars, it deserves much more. It was worth staying in this hotel/region.

This is a wonderful hotel in Florence! Me and my family of four stayed in the quadruple room. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with excellent air conditioning. They also had a great breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Florence.

Great hotel!
This hotel was a great hotel to stay in. Big room like it is in the states and breakfast was included. The only downside to this hotel is it is further than we realized to the attractions and minor noises from the water pipes. Overall we would stay here again without any hesitation. It was a wonderful stay!!!! The reception and employees were great and welcoming!
