"All the employees were very nice. The negative thing was they tried to sell us a timeshare. Actually almost everyone in town wanted to sell timeshares."

"I will start my review by saying that Gabriel our Expedia rep was amazing. Our vacation started off terribly because WestJet had delayed our flight and we weren’t able to get there until a day later than expected. Upon arrival we were greeted by extremely friendly staff and told we had been upgraded. We were brought to the Krystal Grand lobby where Gabriel then took over he made our experience great even after 2 long days of travel. I cannot say enough good things about this resort it was beautiful. My family and another stayed at Krystal Grand in Nuevo Vallarta last year and this property was way nicer. All of the staff were amazing and friendly, the restaurants exceeded expectations and were better than most all inclusive restaurants that I have been too. Overall this was resort was a 10/10 I will definitely be back!!!"
