"My wife and I came down for a last minute trip to escape the tough winter weather in Upstate New York. A welcome respite. The place is great for 2 people-overlooking the beach and pool. Could be a little tight if you had more people. Clean, updated and easy walking distance to town. Captiva is still in a rebuilding mode after the two hurricanes last fall but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Spent most of our time at the pool or walking the beach. "

"This property is in a great location, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It’s also off the main road so you can usually avoid most of the traffic. We really enjoyed shelling on the beach and sitting by the pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view of the beach/ocean was amazing. Bikes and beach gear provided. We hope to stay here again!"

"First of all we were disappointed on entering the house as the photos were inaccurate. Instead of light and bright colours and furnishings in the living room, the sofas were darker and uncomfortable. I appreciate there’s been a hurricane but the house could do with some tlc. The dishwasher didn’t clean well, the blinds were broken, the valances on some beds were badly torn, carpets could do with a clean etc. upstairs shower in double room wasn’t very good, however, beach towels and bathroom...

"This home was perfect for our family, walking distance to the beach, sunrise at the pier, kitchen well equipped and grill for home made dinners. We had some incident by the pool (being an outside pool), but luckily the home manager was very responsive when contacted and issue resolved."

"We were very happy with our stay. When we arrived the roomWas cleaned and they allowed us early access. We had a couple snags but they remedied them quickly. We found the property comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only complaint would be that the cleaning people came at 1015, check out was 11. We felt very rushed to get out, they were standing at the door. We had every intention to be out at 11 but 45 minutes early really rushed us."

"This unit was beautiful & had everything we needed. We appreciated/read the books and games on site, along with beach towels. The property was a short walk out to the beautiful beach or pool area. We used the grills one evening to eat in & loved that convenience. It was super easy to communicate with the rental company and they were very helpful. The restaurants on Captiva were great:Green Flash and Mucky Duck were our favorites."

"Inside are great. These condos on the west side should not be open for business. First-The construction workers parking next to you personal vehicle and using power equipment. 2nd we had no hot water, spent most of the morning changing rooms twice. The first night of dining we were sat at a table with people we didn’t know and very loud and attire was not observed. 3rd, my credit card was charged by Expedia and also by the resort, two times. I will be reporting that to my banking instruction....
