"Ralph was the most responsive and helpful host I have ever dealt with in all the years I have been using VRBO and other on line rental sites. Pool was great and view was amazing. Close to many things in Sanibel which of course is a great island and recovering from the storms but still has its charm."

"We flew in from Oregon; 9 in our group. The house was a perfect fit for us for our week on the island. We would book again. If you are staying more than 2 days, stop at a dollar general and buy paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap etc. "

"Had a perfect week on sanibel. We had a group of 8, 7 adults and a 9yo granddaughter. The house was perfect, location was great. Beautiful home less than 100 yards to the beach. Tons of space, pool is great. Would definitely go back. We had some minor air conditioning issue, we contacted the owner who had someone come immediately on a Sunday to fix. Owners were very responsive and helpful."

"We had a wonderful time! The only true hiccup was no ice when we arrived. After driving for 3 days and arriving at 5:30, we were ready to relax with a cocktail. Knowing the island I knew where to go and get ice so not so bad! We enjoyed the house so much and our dog was in heaven to have so much open space!! Loved the deck in the evenings! The kitchen was fabulous and sitting at the window for meals was perfect! Close to the beach was a plus! Although relaxing by the pool was very nice too....

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo in Sanibel and would consider coming back in the future. Pros: spacious condo, plenty of amenities including access to beach equipment, well-appropriated kitchen, close to beach and pool, clean, no pests noted. Cons: 4th "bedroom" was not conducive to an adult couple due to size and need to pass through to get to master bedroom with bathroom. Needed a thorough cleaning-furniture, floor coverings, drapes were dirty. My recommendation would be that this...

"We definitely would have rated this property a five star except we didn’t have use of the pool for 6 days due to construction of the pool enclosure, the host was in contact throughout this process. The home itself is beautiful and just what we wanted. It has a lot of room and all on one level. The elevator is a cool touch😊 We would love to stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property."

"Very short walk to a nice beach where the fishing was outstanding. Canal very handy in the back yard for a boat. Minimal furniture, for example nothing to set a suitcase on, but essentials were there. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The main bed was comfortable. We didn't use the twine."
