"Our family of 6 and our pup enjoyed a week in Jim’s townhome. The location was right on a wonderful shelling beach and right down the road from bike paths. Our children enjoyed the large pool shared by 4 townhomes. We rode bikes almost everywhere we went and we covered the whole island. Location was just a few minute bike ride to Jerry’s grocery store, shops, restaurants and ice cream. The home was clean and had had everything we needed to cook meals at home. "Our third trip to Sanibel. First time staying at this house. We loved it! Perfect for our family- my wife and I 2 college-age daughters. They loved having their own rooms. The back deck, patio, pool were wonderful - great place to hang out. The kitchen was so well stocked - much better than any place we’ve stayed. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again!"
