"Spring break trip with family, two children under 7. Lots of wonderful amenities - sand toys, beach chairs, towels, bikes (with helmets!), kayaks and paddle boards. Extremely friendly staff (Rose, Amaryllis and Joe) with great recommendations for dining and transportation etc. "

"I've been to hundreds of Holiday Inns in multiple states and countries, and I can safely say this is in the top 3!!! Check in was fluid...check in person was efficient and friendly! The room was modern, super spacious, and the bathroom had Dove everything (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body cream). Breakfast was pretty good! Will definitely come back!"

"We have a time share on Sanibel and we always go a day early, stay at La Quinta and shop for necessities the next day before going on the Island! It’s close to lots of shopping and the island! And it is reasonably priced and clean! They also have a continental breakfast. Next year (2026) they may have a restaurant and bar, which would be a big plus!"

"We couldn’t stay our first night because we weren’t told that you had to check in before 7 pm. Yes, it was in fine print on the website but booking thru Expedia was the problem. Somehow, customers need to be notified of this in bold CAPITAL LETTERS print since it is not a normal expectation OR REQUIREMENT. We arrived after 7 pm and had to go pay to stay somewhere else which was frustrating and expensive. OTHERWISE, we loved the place "

"First time to the area, no complaints. Resort staff was friendly. Pools warm and clean. Food prices reasonable, and tasty. Kayaks included was nice. Rooms not terribly fancy, but we didn't want that, so it was perfect. Spend your time outside!"
