Really nice and clean hot tub, large deck surrounded by Aspens, and beautiful green grass right on the Red River. We really enjoyed time in the hot tub, grilling, and sitting on the deck listening to the river. Great experience."

"This is a nice and not fancy cabin that is well laid out. There is no "real" fireplace but the central heat is good. It has all the necessary accoutrements (appliances, dishes, etc) for a comfortable stay, and is about 1/4 mile to the lifts. We would stay here again- safe neighborhood, nice views."

The only complaint I have is the noise coming from up the hill. The moving of heavy equipment and loud trucks in the middle of the night. Other than that l, we had a wonderful stay. "

"Extremely nice facility! Plenty of room for a large group. Well stocked with all the supplies needed. It was very icy weather when we arrived in January ( of course - it's Colorado), therefore being located at a high altitude we had a little trouble getting up the road leading to the cabin. But the neighbors were excellent to help us. Really good neighborhood, very friendly and willing to help us in any way. Neighbors even loaned us snow sleighs to use. Owners were very nice, and good...
