Had to take stairs, we're old and have bad knees so it was hard on us. Asked for a ground floor but none was available so we had to. Bathroom was tiny and had a mold smell. Care taker was very nice.

It was a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay again. The only issue i had was the guests that had room right next to us played music extremely loud until 1:00 am. Then 4 1/4 hours later at 5:30 am they continued to do the same thing. Needless to say, we all got a terrible night's sleep. What will be done to prevent this from happening in the future?

Loved the rustic nature of this room, the log cabin motif. Very well cared for and everything available that we wanted except the only option for air conditioning in the summer heat was open windows, box fan and ceiling fan. But overall, we are very happy with our stay.
