Welcome to our serene beach side retreat. This light filled and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy spacious accommodations and thoughtful design for a memorable vacation. This is the perfect place to unwind. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs.

The Space:
We invite you to this relaxing home where the family can come together to watch a movie, play games, and spend some time at the beach. There is a smart TV that allows you to view your favorite shows from every space around the living room, including the kitchen and dining room. Step onto the balcony and enjoy a coffee while you listen to the waves lap upon the beach.
Sink into a king sized bed in the master bedroom which is enhanced by it's own private balcony. Don't forget the private bathroom! There is a queen sized ed in the second bedroom that is close to the hall bathroom. Guests will enjoy the queen-sized sofa bed.
You're never too far from water when you enjoy the multiple pools the community has to offer. The quiet beach is the perfect spot to sink your toes into the sand and provide ample space for a sand castle. The pool is available from Middle of May thru the middle of September.
Guest Access:
A Sojourn representative will meet you on site to give you the keys and parking passes. Please schedule a check in time with Sojourn between 4PM and 9PM. Any other times must be pre-approved prior to booking your stay.
At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Don't hesitate to ask.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is ideally situated in the renowned Sandbridge area, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Sandbridge Sanctuary, with its pristine sandy beaches, gentle waves, and vibrant wildlife. Explore nearby hiking trails, indulge in water sports, or simply soak up the sun while building sandcastles.

We recommend bringing your own vehicle.
Other Things to Note:
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests.
If you are booking a flat for over 30 days, you will be provided with the standard tenant package as required under Virginia law, and be required to acknowledge receipt of the same.
The terms of our Agreement will remain as agreed to on the booking platform, and anything implied under Virginia state law.
Please note that the building has ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times. There are absolutely no cameras on or in the interior of any unit.
Our properties require Sojourn to collect the name and picture of government-issued photo ID for each guest. Sojourn, our guests and our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. This verification step keeps everyone safe and provides additional insurance on your stay. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged and your security deposit will be forfeited. Sojourn will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe, these devices can not record or decipher what you are saying they are only for monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads
* Dental Floss
* Q-tips/Cotton Balls
* Diapers
* Pills
* Paper Towels/Tissues or excess toilet paper
Fireworks are illegal in Virginia. If you are found to be engaged in setting off fireworks we are required by the city to immediately terminate your stay. Also If you are found responsible for having started a wildfire or dune fire with fireworks, you may be liable for all suppression and reclamation costs or even face imprisonment and fines.
3) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
4) There is free parking for 2 vehicles. There is parking for two vehicles in the parking garage under building B. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space or a space marked compact car. Please ensure permits are displayed at all times, as towing is strictly enforced at your expense. No parking is available anywhere else in the development. If any additional parking spaces are needed outside of the two spots given there is overflow parking located next door at Little Island Park.
5) This is a semi ocean front unit with views of Back Bay Refuge.
6) Sanctuary condos are 8-10 miles from a grocery store we recommend doing your grocery shopping on the way in to Sandbridge. There is a fabulous market as soon as you enter Sandbridge for your convenience.
7) There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2024.

8) The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.
Stays less than 30 nights are governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA mandates that services animals, not animals providing emotional support (commonly referred to as ESAs), are permitted in public places which include hotels or short-term rentals. A service animal is distinguished from an ESA because it performs a specific task in relation to the human's disability. An ESA is not trained to perform any specific task.
***Please note that we must accept ESAs for stays exceeding 30 nights so the above statement does not apply to stays of that duration***
9) We provide 6 beach chairs and one beach umbrella. We do not provide any type of snorkeling equipment.
