Our cottage rents from Friday to Friday, so you have a full weekend with us. Also on Saturday it’s crazy with everyone-checking in and out. Spend that day on the beach, not in traffic. This newly remodeled Beach House on the Bay sleeps 6-9 people comfortably, with NEW MATTRESS installed June 2023. A Large family room with large island, dine-in kitchen, 55’ Smart TV with cable, streaming, and DVD. Large entertaining wrap around deck to watch the sunrise or sun set. Six person table with umbrella is perfect for sitting back and enjoying the view, or sun in the chase lounge chairs. Small bistro table., and six chairs on the back deck, to enjoy the sunsets. Or a quiet cup of coffee.
4 Beach cruisers beach cruisers, four smaller bikes one with training wheels. It makes it an easy ride to the beach in about 3 minutes. The walk is an enjoyable, no more than a 8 minute stroll. The house has multiple beach chairs, plenty of beach toys to help build that Sandcastle, when you return enjoy a hot or cold outdoor shower, to rinse off that Sandcastle. Fix dinner on the propane grill with all the cooking utensils you would need.

Fully stocked kitchen, 12 bath towels, 12 hand towels, 12 wash clothes, 12 beach towels, kitchen towels and dishcloths, washer and dryer, vacuum, broom, auto dust pan, cleaning supplies.

House supplies 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 4 trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and cleaning supplies. Should you need more there is a local market three miles from the house, as you come into Sandbridge across from the Fire Station.

This is a quite neighborhood and most are year round residents. No house parties, no under age drinking. There is an age requirement for rental. Thank you for understanding.
