"This hotel is in a great location for us first time visitors to Buenos Aires, a couple of blocks from Recoleta Cemetery and the meeting place for many tours. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful with advice and arrangements for taxis, around town, and for reliable transport to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. "The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."
